This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in HR compliance, generalist, or employee relations roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
