Senior Associate or Counsel (Tax) - Multiple Offices - Saul Ewing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior tax associate or counsel to join our team in Chicago, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, Orange County, Philadelphia, or Washington DC. - The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience handling tax matters at a large law firm, with a focus on federal and state taxation. - Specialties in partnership taxation, mergers and acquisitions, or real estate investments are preferred, and knowledge of state and local tax laws is a plus. - Experience with tax-exempt organizations is also desirable. - Applicants must have a strong academic background and excellent research, writing, and communication skills. - Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction is required. - The salary for this position will be determined based on relevant skills and experience, education, market data, and other job-related factors, with an anticipated range of $235,000 - $260,000.
