Are you an experienced Family Law Paralegal looking for a change? Triangle Smart Divorce is the place for you! We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and a strong benefits package. Responsibilities include communicating with clients and other parties to provide updates and gather information; drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence; performing administrative duties; scheduling case events; filing motions; tracking and monitoring court filings; and requesting court documents.

Qualifications for this position include high-level organizational skills and time-management skills; strong research and writing skills; a Bachelor’s Degree; certification as a paralegal by the North Carolina State Bar; previous Family Law Experience; the ability to quickly learn additional software platforms; and the ability to work well under stress. Salary range for this position is $50,000 - $85,000.
