Job Responsibilities:

Lead the sales process in the initial client meeting.
Propose and design tailored estate plans for clients.
Pass on legal work to staff attorneys and focus on growing your own client list.
Cultivate and nurture referral partner relationships, including financial advisors and insurance/annuity brokers.
Contribute to our marketing efforts, including creating posts for social media platforms, writing articles, blogs, and case studies.

What We're Looking For:

A go-getter with a passion for sales and the ability to "close the deal".
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney.
Estate Planning and/or Elder Law experience is strongly preferred.
Confidence, compassion, and the drive to help people.
Membership of the Massachusetts Bar.

We specialize in developing estate plans for mid to high-earning individuals, families, and business owners. Our practice areas include wills, trusts, asset protection, wealth preservation, probate, MassHealth Medicaid applications, guardianship, and conservatorship.
