### Position Summary
Shutts & Bowen is seeking a Senior Associate or Partner for its Private Client Services Practice Group. The successful candidate will have 5-15 years of relevant experience in the areas of estate planning, estate and gift taxation, estate and trust administration and related services to individuals, charitable organizations, foundations and corporate fiduciaries such as banks and trust companies. The successful candidate must be or be willing to become a member of the Florida Bar. International estate planning experience is a plus, as is an LLM in Tax or Estate Planning. The candidate can be based out of any Shutts location but must be willing to spend time in the Miami office. Attorney will work closely with a Partner who is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates.

Salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and will be competitive with other similarly situated law firms.
