Brown Rudnick LLP, a leading law firm, is seeking a talented and experienced Restructuring Associate to join our Bankruptcy & Restructuring group in either New York, Boston, or Orange County. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restructuring, including Chapter 11 cases, and a desire to work on a variety of significant matters and cases. This is a great opportunity for a 3rd or 4th year associate to join a top-notch team and further their career in this specialized field of law.

Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in all areas of corporate restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings
- Handle and manage multiple significant matters at once
- Collaborate effectively with a team of attorneys
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Attend court proceedings and hearings as needed
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective legal solutions

Qualifications:

- 3rd or 4th year associate with experience in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings
- Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior law firm experience is required; clerkship experience is preferred

Salary Information:

The salary range for this position is $250,000 – $285,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
