# Structured Finance Associate

Law Firm is currently seeking a mid-level associate to join its Structured Finance group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures. Candidates with experience across multiple asset types and structures are preferred but not required.

**Job Responsibilities**
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on structured finance related matters
- Draft and negotiate transactional documents for structured finance transactions
- Monitor legal developments and market trends that could affect clients
- Research and analyze complex legal issues
- Provide guidance on regulatory and compliance matters

**Qualifications**
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the state bar in the office location
- 3-5 years of experience in a law firm environment
- Experience in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
