H2: Key Responsibilities

As an immigration paralegal at our law firm, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing visa applications and petitions for business and employment-based immigration cases
- Compiling and analyzing complex case facts and documents, and preparing reports and other relevant immigration documents
- Maintaining and managing case files, including tracking cases, determining related deadlines, and responding to status inquiries
- Communicating extensively with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and government agencies
- Drafting immigration correspondence, such as support letters and other key documents, for attorney review
- Other duties as necessary to deliver bottom-line results and exceptional client service

H2: Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

- A bachelor's degree, paralegal certification or degree, or an appropriate combination of education and experience
- At least two years of immigration or comparable experience
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- The ability to balance competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, proofreading, and research skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of LawLogix or other immigration software being a plus
