Qualifications

At least three plus (3+) years of experience representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings.

Experience defending and litigating medical malpractice lawsuits is preferred.

Admitted to practice in New York.

Strong writing and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Substantive litigation experience preferred.

Demonstrated interest in healthcare law.

Experience in healthcare law is a plus.
