Foley & Mansfield, a national law firm with over 110 attorneys, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in the St. Louis/Edwardsville area. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional development and training.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Has 5+ years of complex litigation experience
- Holds a paralegal certificate or has equivalent experience
- Is familiar with litigation databases and proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills
- Is detail-oriented and able to anticipate attorney needs
- Is able to work overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities:

- Case management on complex litigation cases in multiple states
- Preparing legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery responses
- Obtaining, summarizing, and analyzing medical records
- Managing large document productions, exhibit and trial preparation
- Attending trials as needed
- Conducting social media research
- Coordinating with support services, opposing law firms, and courts
- Maintaining schedules and deadlines
- Completing other projects as assigned

Salary Range: $55, to $75, annually
