Are you a skilled attorney with experience in corporate and transactional work? Do you have a background in the health care industry? Barclay Damon LLP is seeking a full-time associate to join our Health Care Team and support our robust health care practice across our strategic platform of offices in Albany, Buffalo, New York City, Rochester, or Syracuse.

Responsibilities:

- Represent sophisticated corporate clients in the health care industry
- Handle a wide range of general corporate and transactional matters
- Support and enhance our health care practice across our platform

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in corporate and M&A transactional work
- Exposure to clients in the health care industry preferred
- Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiating skills
- Portable and growing book of business preferred

Salary Information:

- Salary Range: $120,000 to $155,000
- Good-faith and reasonable estimate of compensation
- Does not include performance- or merit-based bonuses or other benefits
- Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, and office location
