Duties
- Provide expert legal counsel on a wide range of construction-related matters, including contracts, disputes, and regulatory issues.
- Represent clients in construction-related litigation, including insurance defense cases.
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and protecting clients' interests.
- Advise clients on risk management strategies and construction project-related legal issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build strong case strategies.
- Stay updated on evolving construction laws and regulations to provide cutting-edge legal advice.
- Attend client meetings, hearings, and mediations as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction law, preferably with exposure to insurance defense.
- Strong litigation experience with an emphasis on construction-related disputes.
- Solid understanding of relevant state and federal construction laws and regulations.

Education
