As a Senior Corporate Analyst, you will utilize your corporate law and legal entity knowledge to administer and innovate the Corporate Regulatory Compliance function. This includes handling Holding Company Act Administration, drafting and filing annual registration statements, and assisting with corporate transactions.

To be successful in this role, you should have 5+ years of corporate paralegal/regulatory compliance experience and expert knowledge of insurance and corporate legal disciplines. You should also have strong analytical skills, the ability to build relationships within the organization, and excellent attention to detail.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid working arrangement. The annualized base pay range for this role is $77,795 - $133,436. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits package, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.

Responsibilities:

- Administer and innovate the Corporate Regulatory Compliance function
- Handle Holding Company Act Administration and annual registration statements
- Assist with corporate transactions and obtain corporate approvals
- Research, document, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Assist with the oversight of AGCS NA System of Governance

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of corporate paralegal/regulatory compliance experience
- Paralegal degree preferred
- Expert knowledge of insurance and corporate legal disciplines
- Strong regulatory and compliance experience
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data
- Ability to build relationships and maintain discretion
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment
