- Represent clients in all types of complex litigation in local, state, and federal courts
- Handle employment litigation in state and federal courts
- Practice before local, state, and federal agencies
- Provide advice and counseling to clients
- Handle traditional labor matters such as arbitrations, negotiations, and unfair labor practice charges
- Handle transactional matters involving labor and employment issues

Requirements:

- Two to four years of experience in labor and employment law
