The Position: As a Nursing Home Liability Defense Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a tight-knit team alongside experienced attorneys and handle a challenging caseload representing healthcare business entities in both commercial and consumer cases. The position also involves providing risk management advice to healthcare organizations and working closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects. Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in the State of Texas, and have at least 5 years of experience in litigation. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must, and experience in healthcare commercial/business litigation is preferred. Legal project management experience is also helpful.
