H1: Construction Associate (Transactional) Opportunity at Law Firm Law Firm is seeking a Construction Associate (Transactional) to join its Construction group in any of its Ohio offices: Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus and Dayton. The ideal candidate will possess two to six years of experience in the negotiation and drafting of design and construction agreements. Familiarity with industry standard construction and design forms is preferred but not required. Real estate development, large industrial capital projects and/or construction claims resolution experience is a plus. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, a strong work ethic, excellent writing and research skills, as well as the ability to establish strong client and peer relationships.
