Marketing Paralegal - Join the Autodesk Marketing Legal team and help enable the Global Worldwide Marketing organization to achieve its strategic goals.

Position Overview:
- Seeking experienced paralegal for the Autodesk Marketing Legal team
- Focus on providing legal solutions for marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with colleagues in Marketing Legal and the wider Autodesk Legal team
- Guide team's information sharing, knowledge-management, and collaboration tools
- Interest in design and relate to customer needs and outcomes

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with attorneys and business teams on contracts related to vendors and marketing initiatives
- Review marketing materials and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Assist in organizing and executing contests and sweepstakes
- Support legal aspects of event planning and execution
- Manage templates and knowledge resources
- Proactively partner with Autodesk Legal Operations team and other members of the Autodesk Legal team
- Support interactions with colleagues

Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-4 years' experience as a Paralegal in Marketing and Advertising
- Familiarity with marketing and advertising laws and regulations, intellectual property, privacy, and SaaS
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to master databases and collaboration tools
- Positive attitude and comfortable interacting with all levels of colleagues
