Location
Duties
- Manage a high-volume caseload effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, legal contracts, and settlement proposals.
- Represent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings.
- Assist clients in resolving legal conflicts, including divorce, child custody, CHINS/DCS cases, protective orders, and marital asset division.
- Collaborate with paralegals and other attorneys to ensure the timely progression of cases.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client files.
Requirements
- Active license to practice law in Indiana, in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience handling a variety of family law cases.
- Proven record of success in client advocacy and case outcomes.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in Indiana.
