Responsibilities:

- Support all aspects of private fund formation process
- Assist in development and implementation of legal and operational infrastructure
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple departments and business lines
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax and securities laws
- Stay updated on relevant corporate governance and securities law developments
- Manage relationships with external counsel

Qualifications:

- JD required with a strong academic background
- 4-7 years of private fund formation experience
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands
- Creative problem-solver with analytical mind
- Passion for bringing new ideas to increase efficiency
- Ability to balance legal and commercial aspects of an issue
