This position is part of the firm's Public Company Advisors Team, and the associate will work in a collaborative environment as part of a multi-office team representing the firm's public company and other clients.

The ideal candidate for this role should meet the following criteria:

• Outstanding academic credentials and at least three years of corporate and securities experience in a large regional or national law firm.
• Experience with 1933 Act equity and debt securities offerings and 1934 Act matters, including proxy statements, periodic reporting on Forms 8-K, 10-K and 10-Q, and Section 16 reporting.
• Understanding of national securities exchange regulations, as well as key principles of executive and director compensation.
• Excellent problem solving skills and enthusiasm for general corporate counseling, ranging from ordinary course public company activities to significant transactions.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are located or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible.
