Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is actively seeking a mid to senior level transactional associate to join its Corporate & Securities Practice Group. This position is part of the firm's Public Company Advisors Team, and the associate will work in a collaborative environment as part of a multi-office team representing the firm's public company and other clients.

The ideal candidate for this role should meet the following criteria:

• Outstanding academic credentials and at least three years of corporate and securities experience in a large regional or national law firm.
• Experience with 1933 Act equity and debt securities offerings and 1934 Act matters, including proxy statements, periodic reporting on Forms 8-K, 10-K and 10-Q, and Section 16 reporting.
• Understanding of national securities exchange regulations, as well as key principles of executive and director compensation.
• Excellent problem solving skills and enthusiasm for general corporate counseling, ranging from ordinary course public company activities to significant transactions.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are located or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible.

Salary and Benefits

The national average salary range for this Corporate & Securities Associate role is $205,000-$305,000. Starting salary will be determined based on location, qualifications and experience.
