This role involves collaborating closely with foreign counsel on a range of critical issues, including structuring estate plan documents to benefit foreign beneficiaries, devising tax and estate planning structures for . citizen spouses, navigating . estate and gift tax implications, and advising on matters such as renouncing . citizenship and abandoning long-term permanent residency.

Additionally, your responsibilities will encompass drafting . estate plan documents for . clients with foreign assets or foreign beneficiaries and administering estates of . individuals who own foreign assets. You will also provide expert guidance to foreign clients, assisting them in structuring investments in the ., optimizing real estate acquisitions, and creating tax-efficient structures for asset transfers to . beneficiaries, all while offering insights into pre-immigration planning.
