## Foreclosure Associate - Law Firm - New York City

Law Firm is looking for a Foreclosure Associate to join its New York City office. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of contested foreclosure experience and be licensed to practice law in New York. ### Job Responsibilities

The Foreclosure Associate will be responsible for:

* Representing clients in contested foreclosure proceedings
* Preparing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
* Drafting legal opinions
* Conducting research and providing legal advice
* Attending court hearings and other related proceedings

### Qualifications

* At least three years of contested foreclosure experience
* Licensed to practice law in New York
* Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

The expected salary range for this position is between $90,000-$120,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
