Location: Downtown Indianapolis, IN

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage electronic and paper files, including client documents, pleadings, discovery materials, and other case documents.
- Track calendar dates and deadlines and assist with docket management.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including appearances, pleadings, motions, and more.
- Assist with electronic case filing in state and federal courts.
- Support attorneys with trial, hearing, and deposition preparation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree, Associate degree in paralegal studies, or paralegal certificate required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on litigation.
- Strong knowledge of applicable statutes, regulations, and court procedures.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
