Morgan & Morgan, ., a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney with a focus on premises liability for their New York City offices. This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm that is dedicated to protecting the people and fighting against powerful entities.

Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day pre-litigation work
- Guide clients through the case process
- Draft and file pre-litigation documents
- Oversee demand packages and settlement negotiations
- Manage a team of Case Managers
- Focus on premises liability cases in New York state
- Ensure compliance and meet KPIs
- Conduct Examinations Under Oath and Recorded Statements
- Regular reporting to Premises Pre-Suit Operations Manager

Requirements:

- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Active member of NY State Bar Association
- At least 1 year of personal injury or premises liability experience
- Ability to handle high volume of cases
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Leadership abilities and self-motivation
- Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills

Salary Range: $100,000—$125,000 USD
