Overview:

Kelley Kronenberg, a leading law firm in Texas, is seeking a dynamic and experienced attorney to join our team as a Partner/Business Unit Leader. Our mission is to provide outstanding legal services to our clients throughout the state, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for the law and commitment to client service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of complex litigation cases in First-Party Property Defense
- Offer expert legal advice and represent clients in court
- Stay up-to-date on First Party Property laws and best practices
- Attract and retain clients to ensure high client satisfaction
- Participate in networking, industry events, and marketing activities to expand the firm's client base and reputation
- Contribute to the firm's strategic, financial, and organizational planning
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and associates
- Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships within the firm
- Ensure ethical standards and legal compliance within the firm

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar required
- A Book of Business of at least $200,000
- Several years of experience practicing law, with a focus on defense litigation preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload
- Demonstrated success in representing clients in complex litigation matters
- Skilled and effective collaborator
