We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida. As an associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our talented attorneys and make a meaningful impact in our clients' lives.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys during trials
- Maintain and cultivate client relationships
- Prepare legal reports and documents
- Collaborate with expert witnesses for conferences and drafting reports and affidavits
- Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers

Qualifications:

- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the Florida State Bar Association
- 1+ years of Litigation experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for Personal Injury Law
- Self-motivated with long-term career goals
- Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
