Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm is seeking a Senior Estate Planning Associate Attorney to join their team. This position will focus on providing high-level, tax-efficient solutions to high-net-worth individuals and closely-held business owners. The ideal candidate will have strong estate planning and transactional experience, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for client service.

Duties:

• Advise clients on practical, tax-efficient solutions for estate planning, including business succession planning
• Lead client meetings, set clear expectations, and maintain strong client relationships
• Oversee the work of junior associates and staff, ensuring high-quality performance and meeting project deadlines
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents with precision
• Mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow professionally
• Identify and implement innovative practices to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with outside advisors, clients, and referral sources to enhance service delivery

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in estate planning or corporate/business transactional law
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and mentorship
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to absorb and analyze complex information and provide actionable recommendations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Admission to the Tennessee Bar

Education:
