This role will involve working with a minimum of four attorneys and handling various tasks such as calendaring, document management, discovery responses, and trial preparation. Responsibilities:
- Work with a minimum of four attorneys to handle various tasks such as calendaring, document management, and trial preparation
- Compile information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation
- Docketing, scheduling of appointments, and filing and serving documents both state and federal
- Create legal documents, open new matters, and process financial tasks
- Maintain a minimum annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of bankruptcy litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Flexibility to work fluctuating hours
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
