**M&A Counsel or Shareholder Opportunity**

Successful candidates will have 7+ years in M&A, with an emphasis on private equity transactions. No minimum portable practice size is required.

Preferred candidates will have:
- 7+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity
- Prior experience in private practice
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
- Strong academic background
