DLA Piper is seeking an Associate to join its Franchise & Distribution practice in our Philadelphia, Short Hills, Seattle, Chicago or San Diego office. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of Franchise and litigation experience (preferably gained while practicing at an AmLaw 100 firm), a strong academic backgrounds from a well-recognized and respected law school, superior research and writing skills, case management experience, and possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the top Franchise & Distribution practice (as ranked by Chambers USA) on a broad range of matters for clients in a wide variety of industries.

Salary Information

The pay range for this position, if hired to work in California or Washington is $260,000-$365,000 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
