Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of Franchise and litigation experience (preferably gained while practicing at an AmLaw 100 firm), a strong academic backgrounds from a well-recognized and respected law school, superior research and writing skills, case management experience, and possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
