Job Requirements
- 2-6 years of significant experience in corporate transactions, with a focus on Capital Markets.
- Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and the ability to handle a demanding workload.
- Excellent academic credentials and writing skills.
- Bar admission in Florida or eligibility for admission.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with a team of attorneys on a variety of Capital Markets transactions.
- Conduct due diligence and draft and negotiate transactional documents.
- Provide general corporate and corporate governance advice to clients.
- Train and mentor junior associates.
