Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in labor and employment law
- Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
- Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations
- Ability to handle complex legal issues and provide strategic advice to clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and support to clients on labor and employment matters
- Handle a variety of legal issues, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and employee benefits
- Represent clients in litigation, mediation, and negotiations
- Stay up-to-date on changes in labor and employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to find creative solutions to legal challenges
