The position offers a competitive salary range of $74, to $115, annually, depending on experience. The staff attorney will provide competent legal representation for clients in child welfare proceedings, as well as other ancillary proceedings and general practice cases. They will also participate in outreach activities, clinics, and committees as directed. The ideal candidate should be admitted to practice in Maryland or eligible for admission, have a Juris Doctorate degree, and possess knowledge of civil law, judicial procedures, and legal research. Fluency in Spanish is desirable, and the ability to travel is required.
