Law Firm is seeking an Attorney for its Subrogation Department with a minimum of five years litigation experience to join its dynamic team in any location where it has an office. • Draft pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare for, attend, and present at court hearings.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and opposing counsel.

• Minimum of five years of litigation experience, preferably in product defect claims, property damage claims, or construction issues.
• Experience working with various forensic experts (., fire origin and cause, mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, chemical, material, human factors, accounting, and standard of care) is highly desired.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and presenting oral arguments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
