Law Firm is seeking an Attorney for its Subrogation Department with a minimum of five years litigation experience to join its dynamic team in any location where it has an office. Preference will be given to Philadelphia, New York, Boston, California, Florida, and Texas. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a prestigious firm known for its expertise in litigation.

Responsibilities:
• Represent corporate clients in Federal and State Courts, handling civil actions related to property damage.
• Collaborate with a variety of forensic experts to investigate and evaluate the legal and financial viability of different causes of action in both single and multi-party litigation.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare for, attend, and present at court hearings.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:

• Excellent academic credentials demonstrating strong legal aptitude.
• Minimum of five years of litigation experience, preferably in product defect claims, property damage claims, or construction issues.
• Experience working with various forensic experts (., fire origin and cause, mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, chemical, material, human factors, accounting, and standard of care) is highly desired.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and presenting oral arguments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
