Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in plaintiff’s foreclosure representation (mortgage foreclosures qualify).
- Proven track record in foreclosure law.
- Must be admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Active and valid Bar membership in New York.
