## Mid-to-Senior Level M&A Associate at Law Firm

Law Firm is seeking attorneys with at least 4 years of law firm corporate transactional experience to join our team in our Columbus and Indianapolis offices. ### Responsibilities

The successful candidate for this position will have the opportunity to work with a sophisticated and busy transactional practice, have opportunities for advancement, including partnership track, in a collegial environment, receive training opportunities with growing levels of responsibility, gain experience in managing transactions including M&A, private equity, and financing transactions, and engage in business development activities.

### Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

* Recent law firm experience
* Been licensed to practice since 2019 or earlier
* Experience preparing complex transactions and agreements
* Experience preparing disclosure documents and ancillary agreements
* Experience interacting directly with clients
* Demonstrated a keen interest in developing relationships both internally and externally
* High motivation
* Strong business acumen
* Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Experiences that prepare them to work with other attorneys, staff and clients from cultures and backgrounds different from their own
