Law Firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate to join its Florida office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in general commercial real estate with an emphasis in transactional matters and must be licensed to practice law in Florida.

Selected candidates must have strong academic credentials and have excellent oral and written communication skills. In addition, they must have a passion for the practice of law and be able to work independently and in a team environment.

**Job Summary**

Law Firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Florida office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in general commercial real estate, with an emphasis in transactional matters.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage client relationships, including providing advice and counsel to clients on various real estate matters
- Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other real estate documents
- Analyze and interpret legal documents
- Conduct due diligence in connection with real estate transactions
- Identify and resolve legal issues
- Prepare closing documents and attend real estate closings
- Attend hearings and depositions
- Supervise and mentor junior associates

**Qualifications**

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in general commercial real estate with an emphasis in transactional matters
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
