Paralegal, Privacy - Virtual Role at PMI:
- Support the execution of legal activities for PMI, PMI Educational Foundation, and PMI subsidiaries, such as compliance with global privacy regulations and corporate governance.
- Develop and maintain internal data privacy policies and training to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Advise staff on relevant privacy regulations and partner with key business areas to consider data privacy in new projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on trends in the regulatory landscape related to data privacy.
- Conduct systematic compliance audits and review data processing agreements and privacy clauses.
- Research legal issues and resolve matters through investigations, research, and communication with stakeholders.
- Draft and maintain legal records and files.

Role Qualifications:
- Certification from a paralegal school and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with data privacy and/or corporate governance.
