Law Firm is looking for a Construction Attorney to join their Morristown, NJ office. The ideal candidate must have experience handling construction and construction-related matters and have bar admission in either NY or NJ.

- Part of the Firm’s nationally recognized Construction and Surety Group
- Handle contract claims, transactions, arbitration, and litigation in state and Federal jurisdictions
- Represent clients in various construction matters
- Provide legal advice and counsel
- Prepare legal documents
- Represent clients in court
- Negotiate settlements
- Research relevant laws and regulations

Law Firm is looking for an experienced Construction Attorney to join their Morristown, NJ office. The ideal candidate must have experience handling construction and construction-related matters and have bar admission in either NY or NJ.

The successful candidate will be part of the Firm’s nationally recognized Construction and Surety Group, which has a diverse practice in contract claims, transactions, arbitration, and litigation in state and Federal jurisdictions. The Construction Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in various construction matters, providing legal advice and counsel, preparing legal documents, representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and researching relevant laws and regulations.
