This position is within the Litigation & Trial Practice group and is open to applicants with 4 to 5+ years of experience in investigations and litigation. This position is available in any of Alston & Bird's offices located in Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, .

### Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position should have previous agency experience in the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Consumer Protection or have handled FTC matters in private practice. Specifically, this position requires experience in marketing and advertising, financial practices, and privacy. Experience in the FTC's Bureau of Competition is not applicable. Applicants must have excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills.
