Job Title: Trademark Paralegal
Salary: Dependent on experience
Experience: Minimum three years of trademark prosecution experience

Eckert Seamans, a national law firm with over 65 years of success, is seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal to join our team. With 15 offices and approximately 300 lawyers, we provide proactive and solution-oriented counsel to our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparation and filing of federal trademark applications
- Monitor and handle foreign trademark formalities and renewals
- Track docket entries and deadlines
- Prepare reports for attorneys and clients
- Communicate with clients, foreign associates, and USPTO personnel
- Arrange for legalization of documents for foreign mergers and name changes
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Aptitude for learning new applications, systems, and processes
- Proficient in Office365 and docketing databases
- Knowledge of foreign trademark prosecution

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA qualified program preferred
- Minimum three years of trademark prosecution experience
