The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in advising clients on compliance with cybersecurity laws and defending regulatory investigations related to security. They will also have experience preparing public-facing consumer disclosures, drafting and negotiating data and technology contracts, and advising on cybersecurity matters in M&A deals.

Location and Department Information:

The position is open to candidates in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, New York City, or Washington DC. The associate must reside and be barred in one of these locations. The department is Litigation and the position may be filled in New York, Colorado, and California.
