Real Estate Leasing Associate at Law Firm

Law Firm is looking for a Real Estate Leasing Associate to join their New York office. The Associate will work primarily on commercial office leasing arrangements for large, national, institutional clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a hybrid environment in an entrepreneurial firm.

Qualifications:

4 to 7 years of experience in commercial leasing
Experience working on high-end tenant representation office leasing transactions for major companies
Direct client contact
Ability to work independently
Autonomy to run their matters when appropriate

Salary:

The expected salary range for this position is between $200,000 to $285,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
