Law Firm Seeking Experienced Medical Malpractice and General Liability Trial Attorney in New York

Overview:

- Seeking an experienced attorney to join the General Liability Practice at a prestigious AmLaw 100 law firm in New York.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including Medical Malpractice and General Liability.
- Must have strong research and writing skills, as well as First and/or Second Chair trial experience defending Medical Malpractice and General Liability cases.
- Admission to the New York Bar is required.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

- Handle all aspects of case management, motion practice, and discovery.
- Ability to handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
- Experience with catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases preferred.
- Partnership consideration for candidates with extensive relevant experience.

Salary Information:

- Minimum salary: $160,000 per year.
- Maximum salary: $180,000 per year.
- Additional benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k) with employer contribution, and PTO.

Experience Level:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including Medical Malpractice and General Liability.
- Admission to the New York Bar is required.
