### Job Description
The Tax Credit & Impact Finance Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and services related to transactions utilizing new markets tax credits (NMTCs), historic rehabilitation tax credits (HTCs), and/or renewable energy investment tax credits (RETCs).

The ideal candidate will have:
* Zero to five years of transactional experience
* A strong interest in community development transactions utilizing new markets tax credits (NMTCs), historic rehabilitation tax credits (HTCs), and/or renewable energy investment tax credits (RETCs)
* Commercial real estate experience, commercial lending experience, structured finance and/or general federal income tax experience
* An active license
* Superior academic performance
* Excellent writing and analytical skills
