Job Description:

- Seeking a patent prosecution associate with at least one year of experience
- Must have a degree in physics, computer science, electrical engineering, or similar field
- Strong academic credentials and excellent references required
- Advanced degree and/or prior industry experience preferred
- Must be admitted to the USPTO
- Principals only

Compensation and Benefits:

- Annual discretionary bonus
- 401(k) plan
