Duties:
- Represent clients in immigration matters including removal defense, asylum cases, family-based adjustments, and naturalization applications.
- Prepare and file necessary documentation with USCIS and Immigration Court.
- Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely progress and resolution of cases.
- Communicate regularly with clients to update them on case status and provide legal advice.
- Appear in Immigration Court for hearings and proceedings.
- Collaborate with colleagues and provide guidance when necessary.
- Perform other legal tasks as required, including reviewing client documents and conducting legal research.
Requirements:
- Significant experience as an Immigration Attorney, especially in handling removal, asylum, and family-based adjustment cases.
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Strong understanding of immigration law and procedures.
- Ability to work independently, managing a high-volume caseload.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
