This role will involve providing legal advice and representation for the company in complex litigation, negotiations, and settlement discussions related to employment issues. The Senior Counsel will also be responsible for managing highly complex claims and litigation, providing guidance to internal clients on legal matters, and developing risk mitigation strategies.
