Education Law Associate
The candidate must have demonstrated experience in school law, public entity law, and/or public labor and employment law. Should have civil litigation and/or special education litigation experience. Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required. The position offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of matters, including labor and employment, special education, Section 504, student discipline, student records, Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act, School Ethics Act, student residency, civil rights, tenure, negotiations, Open Public Records Act, and Open Public Meetings Act.
