## Qualifications
To join our team as a General Liability Associate Attorney, you must have the following qualifications:

* JD from an accredited law school
* Admitted to practice in the state of Texas
* 2+ years of defense litigation experience
* Experience in one or more of the following areas: Commercial Litigation, Commercial and Products Liability, General Liability, Personal Injury Defense, Motor Vehicle Accidents, and Insurance Coverage
* Experience drafting discovery and motions a must
* Experience handling court appearances, depositions and trial experience a plus
* Superior communication, writing, and research skills
* Legal project management experience is helpful

## Responsibilities
As a General Liability Associate Attorney, you will have the following responsibilities:

* Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
* Represent clients in a wide range of civil defense litigation claims
* Regularly handle court appearances and depositions (including expert depositions)
* Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
* Communicate with clients and provide status reports
